  These guys have cleaned our wool carpet ever since we left Hurds (who destroyed part of it while trying to remove a stain). Sharps are professional, well priced and they do a very good job. They are incredibly careful, check every mark before they even start, and also courteous. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

  The worst.
  My experience was quite a few years ago, and it was very upsetting.
  However, today (6/4/17) I received a phone call asking me why I had written a negative review. The lady I spoke to was lovely, and she listened to what I told her of my experience. She then apologised that I had gone through that experience, and thanked me for my feedback. Good to know that a business will take 'constructive' criticism, and work with it.
